AIGA Article Editorial Layout

Project Overview

Using an article’s content from AIGA’s Eye on Design, I was tasked with designing a multi-page print layout that seamlessly mixes text and image. The new, editorial version was meant to echo the style of the digital version, maintaining elements from it so that the two would feel visually connected. The final editorial layout utilizes bright colors, color coding, negative space, and pull-quotes to both organize the article’s information in an easy-to-read way while also highlighting the unique stories being told throughout the article.
