Cherry. - Personalized Shopping Application
UX/UI
Tools: Figma
Project Goal: Develop a mobile shopping application designed to provide a personalized shopping experience for a persona of my creation who exemplifies the audience my app is intended for.
Process: After initial interviews that explored my subjects' online shopping habits, I created a persona and user story based on the demographic of my interviewees and the answers they provided. Claire Williams, a college-aged female looking for an easy online shopping experience, was the result. From there, the process unfolded through journey mapping, flowcharts, low-fidelity and mid-fidelity wireframes, user testing with the interviewees, and final high-fidelity wireframes.
Result: The final product, "Cherry", is a personalized shopping app that can be used to "cherrypick" products from across many different online stores based on the user's onboarding responses. The product results are based on the user's price preferences, delivery time preferences, and more, and are organized according to those preferences in order to create an easy-to-understand, highly personalized, and organized shopping experience.
